The Superintendent Minister of Mount Zion Methodist Church at Apam, Very Rev. (Major Retired) Daniel Defoe Manso Afriyie, has appealed to teachers to work hard and with love to enable them turn out good qualify children to lead the nation in future.
Very Rev. Afriyie was addressing teachers from the Apam Circuit of the Methodist church to climax the week-long youth activities of the church at Apam.
He said �teaching is among the greatest professions, and therefore urged teachers to love their profession and die a little for their children�.
�In your dealing with mankind, you should be humble, or you will be stumbled�.
He said children are gifts from God, and urged parents to educate them to become useful future leaders.
Very Rev. Afriyie advised children to for-go some pleasures in life and study hard.
