Nii Armah Ashitey, former Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, has expressed appreciation to all media houses for their collaborative efforts towards this year�s celebration of World Day Against Child Labour (WDACL). On behalf of Ghana, I wish to express my warmest gratitude to you for your contribution towards the successful celebration of the 2014 World Day Against Child Labour, the former Minister said in a statement issued in Accra and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday. �As a result of your collaborative efforts and partnership, the objectives of the planned activities to celebrate this year�s WDACL were achieved �We are very much appreciative of your commitment and continuous support to the national efforts to end child labour�, the statement said.
