Have you ever wondered where the meat you buy at the market comes from or how its processing at the slaughter-house is done? A couple of days ago, United Television (UTV) interacted with some workers at the Suame-Kotoko slaughter house and revealed how they poorly handled the animals before selling it to the final consumer. The footage was stomach-churning to watch and it is because of the health implications consuming such meat will have on the general public that Peacefmonline.com, has decided to reproduce it on our platform. From the images shown here and the video you are about to watch, you would see the mountainous filth that surrounds the Suame-Kotoko abattoir and how your meat is kept on the bare floor in the name of dressing it.
