Minister of Youth and Sports, Mahama Ayariga has urged the youth to desist from immoral acts that hinders the growth and development of the country. Speaking at Eid-ul- Adha celebration, which is Muslims feast of sacrifice at Ahmadiyya Muslim Conference Centre in Accra, on Saturday, he said the youth are the future leaders of the country and should therefore render sacrificial services to the State to facilitate progress. �As the spread of Ebola is becoming alarming in West Africa, we must take preventive measures to curb the spread of the disease in the country and anyone with information of any suspected case must report to the nearest health centre. �I employ all to keep the environment clean to prevent the outbreak of cholera,� he said. The celebration marks the end of the Hajj rituals in Mecca- Saudi Arabia, which is viewed worldwide by Muslims as a moral and spiritual upliftment, which also calls for sacrifice in nation building. Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission Alhaj Maulvi Mohammed admonished Ghanaians to emulate and inculcate the virtues of sacrifice, discipline and avoid foul talk, quarrelling and social vices that are prevalent in the country. He said the qualities of virtues are national unity, rapid development, progress, and prosperity.
