Kwesi Appiah Sends Godwill Message To Black Stars

Immediate past coach of the senior national team, the Black Stars, Kwasi Appiah has sent a goodwill message to the team ahead of their double-header Afcon qualifier against the Syli Nationale of Guinea. Ghana, lying second in Group E come up against Guinea in Casablanca on Saturday as the qualification reaches the midway stage this weekend and Kwasi Appiah who was in charge of the Stars first two group matches against Uganda and Togo has urge the team to remain focused in their bid to reach the finals of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations. Kwasi Appiah was axed as coach after defeating Togo 3-2 in Lome but has sent his best wishes to the team and believes his assistant Maxwell Konadu is capable of negotiating the two matches successfully. Appiah told Kumasi-based Angel FM"It is a game for all Ghanaians and the national team belongs to all of us so I will wish my assistant) Maxwell Konadu the best of luck and I believe he is capable of doing it",.
