A sign language interpreter has attracted legions of Twitter fans following an animated performance during a New York conference on the city's first Ebola patient. The unnamed man, who was seated to the right of Mayor Bill de Blasio, served as the interpreter at the press conference on Dr Craig Spencer, who was diagnosed with the deadly virus on Thursday.
