Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has revealed the team�s readiness to help in-coming coach Avram Grant to succeed as head coach of the national team. The Ghana football Association after a scrupulous assessment of about 32 applicants has selected Grant as their preferred candidate for the vacant job. The Israeli International is on the verge of being appointed as the head coach of the Black Stars following positive talks with the FA. Agyemang Badu, who remains one of the imperative Black Stars players currently, says he and his colleagues are ready to help the former Chelsea boss thrive in his spell with the national team. �If the FA confirms him [Grant] as the coach, why not? It is the players who make a coach to succeed so we are ready to work and help him succeed�. �He is a very great and experience coach who have worked with so many big clubs like Chelsea and the rest�. �So I know he will deliver if given the job and we the players have to make him deliver�. The 59-year-old has chalked great successes in his coaching career having guided Chelsea to the 2008 UEFA Champions League and also finishing second in the English Premier League that same year. He also helped Portsmouth finish as runner-up in the 2010 English FA Cup, going on to win the Serbian Superliga with Partizan Belgrade in 2012. The former Israel national team coach also won the Israeli Championships with Maccabi Tel Aviv on two occasions.
