Confident Togo Coach Tchanil� Fire Ghana Warning Ahead of AFCON Clash

Head coach of the Togo national team, Tchakala Tchanil� has cautioned the Black Stars ahead of today�s epic encounter at the Tamale Sports Stadium. The Black Stars having lost their penultimate qualifier to Uganda last Saturday in Kampala faces another stiff test from their counterparts from Togo. Tchanil�, who stepped in for Frenchman Didier Six as head coach of the team prior to the 2015 AFCON qualifiers however believes his lads can course an upset at the Tamale Sports Stadium Wednesday. �We are ready to fight from the beginning to the end. And we want to really qualify to the African Cup,� he told the media on the team�s arrival on Tuesday. �At this moment we do not have anything to lose, and we just have to go into the game without any pressure�. �Ghana is more favorite than us. We know our position but we are coming to play very free, play some good soccer and achieve what we came for�. �In football everything is possible. We have lost two matches and won two matches. We know we have disappointed our supporters and now we are coming to play all out to get a good result in Tamale�. A win for the former Maranatha and JST Niamey coach will definitely see him keep his post as head coach of the Togo national team after being placed on a six months contract by the Togolese FA. Meanwhile, the Black Stars will only need to avoid a defeat in other to advance to the 30th edition of Africa�s biggest football event which will be staged in Equatorial Guinea. Ghana beat Togo 3-2 in the first leg played at the Stade de Kegue in Lome.
