Solomon Nkansah, the acting Propaganda Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) surpassed the hurdle of re-election by the skin of the teeth, per provisional results received. News available to Peacefmonline.com indicates that Solomon Nkansah who has been at post for the past two years, won the race by 86 votes.
