Asiedu Nketias Maturity Questioned NPP UK

The Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party in the UK, Nana Ansah Obofour, has called on Ghanaians to ignore Asiedu Nketias immature propaganda concerning Nayeles cocaine sage. It is ridiculous and sad how Asiedu Nketia tried to twist facts after the court passed judgment on Nayele, he said. According to the NPP UK, it has been following a Press Conference held on the 14th January, 2015, which was addressed by the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC, concerning eth incarceration of Nayele Ametefeh. The press conference which was addressed by the NDC General Secretary was aimed at drawing the New Patriotic Party into governments negligence which allowed a 32 years old lady to smuggle cocaine through the VVIP lounge to the UK, the NPP UK stated. According to Nana Ansah Obofour, the lawyer for Nayele Ametefeh (John Scooby) told the court to the hearing of all that Nayele, after her marriage, broke down and came into contact with people in high authority since 2004. According to Nana Ansah, Nayele said the cocaine was given to her by a business woman in Ghana who paid her $23,000 and 6000 pounds. The money was confiscated by the court awaiting trial on 6th July 2015. With all these facts the government of Ghana has many questions to answer than this immature propaganda press conference, he said. Why was the Ghana High Commission in UK so interested in Nayeles case than another Ghanaian by name Eric Owusu, who was also standing trial at the same court? he questioned. In the statement, the NPP UK assured Ghanaians that the so-called fundraising in the UK has nothing to do with the Nayeles sage. Moreover, it has been confirmed that Nayele was dating two NDC gurus as well as Alhaji Dawood who campaigned vigorously for John Mahama in 2012. NPP UK therefore called on the public to disregard Asiedu Nketias immature politics and drop the NDC in 2016.
