Nayele Cocaine Case Returns To Court Today

Suspects in the Nayele Ametefe cocaine case return to court for the continuation of their trial today.

The suspects, including businessman, Alhaji Dawood Mohammed, have been accused of their involvement in getting Ms Nayele Ametefe to transport the 12.5 kg of the illicit drug out of the country.

Ruby Adu-Gyamfi as she is also known is now serving an eight year jail term in the UK, for transporting narcotics substances out of the country.

In a related development, an Accra Circuit court will later this morning continue with the cross examination of Takoradi based medical practitioner Dr. Sulley Ali Gabass, accused of sodomizing a 16 year old senior high school student. 

The case was adjourned in order to give lawyers of the accused time to cross examine a third witness, Sergeant Francis Odei-Asiedu, the man investigating the case.

Sergeant Francis Odei-Asiedu’s testimony has so far been given in camera, and expected to remain same. Dr. Gabass is accused of having anal sex with the victim at different times.
