Hajia Fati Descends On NPP Leadership: They Are "Armed Robbers And Fools"

Hajia Fati, a one-time first Vice Chairperson aspirant of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has launched a scathing attack on the Administrator of the party describing him as a “mad man”.

To her, Eddie Tetteh is a known member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and therefore a security threat to the party because of the possibility of him selling out secretes of the NPP to the NDC.

“…I will make sure Tetteh vacates his post because we cannot suffer in the party only for him to come from NDC and take over as the administrator. I am not afraid of him and so far as he has that tag as NDC, he will not work in this party”.

“Since his arrival, he has made lots of mistakes and that could be detrimental to the fortunes of the party. I will not allow that,” she told Adakabre Frimpong Manso on NEAT FM .

The firebrand Hajia Fati made these comments during an interview on disparaging remarks she made against the General Secretary of the NPP, Kwabena Agyei Agaypong.

According to her, Mr. Agyapong has used party funds to celebrate his birthday party on the day of Ghana’s Independence Day celebration.

On a widely circulated audio, Hajia Fati was heard firing vituperations at the Chief Scribe for throwing a lavish party when the party has scarce funds.

“..stupid idiots. You people are spending the money on your birthday while the children are suffering. We will teach you a lesson. Do you people think we fear you? I am not afraid of anyone because I also paid fifty-five million when I was contesting so we all have an equal stake.

“How can someone just come from NDC and be appointed an administrator...he is stupid. It will not happen here. Did the treasurer not contest elections? She asked.

Hajia Fati who led a siege at the party’s National Headquarters months back, further labeled the leadership of the party as “armed robbers and fools”. She also promised a showdown at the Headquarters if Eddie Tetteh, the Administrator is not thrown out of office.
