Sudanese side Al-Merrikh has been reported to have issued in a new bid to sign Aduana Stars goalkeeper Stephen Adams. Ghanasportsonline.com can exclusively reveal.
 
The North African side are alleged to have sent in a new offer to acquire the services of the 26-year-old who has been phenomenon for the Dormaa-based Club.

Adams was initially linked with the Sudanese outfit after his impressive performance with the local Black Stars at the 2014 CHAN tournament in South Africa.

The deal however failed to transpire after the management of Aduana stars failed to agree terms with the Sudanese giants.

Adams is expected to be a perfect replacement for Sudan National team goalkeeper El Muz Mahgoub who is nearing retirement.

The former impressive gloves-man has been regarded as one of the consistent goalkeepers in the domestic top-flight.
