Duncan Williams Launches Compassion for Disaster Relief Fund For Twin Disaster victims

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams has launched a disaster relief fund to help survivors and families of those who lost their lives in last Wednesday’s flood and fire mischance.

The Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of Christian Action Faith Ministries maintained that those affected must be catered for.

Going biblical, Nicholas Duncan-Williams also known as “Papa” quoted “1 John 3:17-18” to buttress his non-profit organization dubbed Compassion for Disaster Relief Fund.

“But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

“…My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but indeed and in truth,” he cited.

Ghana recorded its deadliest flood disaster last Wednesday, June 3, when the city got flooded and a fire explosion occurred at the Goil filling station near Kwame Nkrumah Circle.

At least 200 people were killed in the flood-goil explosion with numerous left homeless exposing them to deadly illnesses.

However, the famous man-of-God posted on his Facebook beseech all to join the help the victims.

"Beloved, I entreat you to join us in our outreach by following the activities of the Compassion for Disaster Relief Fund," he appealed.
