Eric Amponsah To Support Institutions, Musicians

One of Ghana�s seasoned gospel musicians, Eric Amponsah, has observed that Ghana�s gospel music industry keeps improving by the day, and that gospel musicians in the country are doing a great job in promoting Ghanaian music to the outside world. According to him, gospel albums released recently have been well packaged by the various artistes not only for the Ghanaian market but the entire African continent and the world at large. Prophet Eric Amponsah, a gospel musician with over ten years� experience, is highly impressed with the improvement in the Ghanaian music industry and the performance of musicians in boosting the image of the country. Speaking at a meeting to announce his plans for the industry, Eric Amponsah who is also the Head Pastor of Hope Generation Ministry International, said he would soon establish a music school with state-of-the-art equipment to train Ghanaian gospel musicians. He noted that since Ghanaian gospel music has the potential of earning millions of dollars for the country�s economy, he has plans of establishing a recording studio to help musicians come out with quality songs. He disclosed also that as part of his efforts to promote the hospitality industry in the country, work would soon commence for the construction of a modern restaurant to promote local dishes. Prophet Eric Amponsah also has plans to assist some orphanages in the country, as part of his social responsibilities, adding that by the end August, his outfit would make a donation to four needy institutions in Accra.
