Waiting for a flight can be stressful and to help customers distress, Airtel Ghana has introduced an exclusive service to its premier customers by providing complementary access to the Adinkra Lounge at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra.

Under this service, Airtel premier customers have access to the plush lounge with its array of first-rate services which include comfortable space for relaxation, complementary Wi- fi access, a well-stocked bar and access to multi-channel, big-screen entertainment.

Speaking at the launch of the service, Ms Rosy Fynn, Director for Customer Experience, Airtel Ghana, said it formed part of the company’s desire to provide experience suitable to the lifestyles of its customer base.

“With this partnership with Aviance Ghana , the travel needs of our premier customers are being met and they can now escape crowded airports and unwind in a premium lounge regardless of the airline flown or the class of ticket purchased”.

The Managing Director of Aviance Ghana, Mr Paul Craig, said they were delighted about the partnership and looked forward to hosting Airtel premier customers.
