The Director of the West Africa Office of Samaritan Strategy Mr Christopher Ampedu has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree by the International Centre for Bible Research of the Cypress Bible Institute(CBI) of the USA for training top Christian Leaders in Africa.

A citation accompanying the award said Mr Christopher Ampedu has among other things made positive impact in training Christian leaders who have been contributing immensely towards the transformation of society.

Mr Christopher Ampedu who recently completed his Ph D in International Development in California USA expressed gratitude to the CBI for the recognition given him and pledged to work hard to advance the Christian Faith.
