Fatal Prez Press Corps Accident...Peace FMs William Gentu Discharged From Hospital

Peace FM’s reporter, William Gentu has been discharged from the 37 Military Hospital after cheating on death some months ago.

He was among journalists assigned to the presidency at the Flagstaff House who were involved in a serious accident at the Shai Hills, just at the outskirts of Afienya near Tema.

The journalists were returning to Accra from Ho where President John Mahama had attended the annual convention of the Evangelical Presbyterian (EP).

A Ghanaian Times Newspaper reporter, Samuel Nuamah lost his life – others got injured but William Gentu’s condition was life-threatening.

From coma, Gentu was operated on several times by medical experts at the 37 Military Hospital.

He was then admitted at the infirmary for close to three months – and responded to treatment rapidly.

The hospital today [Wednesday, October 28, 2015] discharged him but will report for regular checkups.
