The National Chief Imam, Sheikh Usman Nuru Sharubutu, has sternly warned Muslim parents in the country against training their children according to alien and sinful lifestyle which is rapidly springing up in the world.

He observed that the alien and sinful lifestyle, which has been termed as ‘modernization’, has the tendency of inculcating bad traits in children, who are the future leaders, therefore the need for Muslim parents to watch against it.

Sheikh Sharubutu therefore admonished Muslim parents to train their children, strictly, based on the teachings of the holy Quran and the traditions of the Prophet Mohammed, so that they would grow to become upright people.

According to him, the devil was hiding behind what had been termed as ‘modernization’, just to sway the attention of the people from Allah, urging Muslims to watch out and always focus on the doctrines of the holy Quran.
