The familiar face of Mr. Gideon Aryeequaye, will no longer grace the screens of TV3 viewers, following the tendering in of his resignation letter to the station. Gideon has decided to join the E-TV (the freshest television station on the block), bandwagon.
Clearing the air, he said, although the amount of money offered him by E-TV management swayed the move, he is "aiming at learning more from different institutions or organizations."
Gideon, who also doubles as a radio presenter on HappyFm, revealed that, he impressed upon the management of TV3 to at least offer him a deal with the monetary conditions as the one offered him by E-TV to make him stay, but they (TV3) failed; hence he had no option than to quit.
�Our pocket or money is necessary, because it�s what turns as around and the reason why we work,� he added.
Expressing his gratitude to TV3 on Peace FM�s �Entertainment Review�, he acknowledged the experience he had acquired at TV3 for the past 10 years he has been there.
"Working with the station(TV3)opened doors to several opportunities and offers which helped shape my career," he added.
As to how it feels to leave TV3, he stated �I�ll miss TV3 a lot, especially "Ghana�s Most Beautiful�, a programme he presented whilst at the station.
�It was a difficult decision but I had no option left than to leave,� he said.
