Time To Discuss "Assault & Battery" On Law Express

Law Express continues this weekend with Nuhela Seidu and her panel discussing a new and an all important topic most people could relate to in their everyday lives - “Assault & Battery”.

If the first episode is anything to go by, viewers can be assured the panel will keep the discussion simple and speak the language familiar with the average Ghanaian.

The panel for this Sundays show will include Bright Okyere-Adjekum, a general private legal practitioner with over a decade experience with interest in civil litigation and drafting.

He was a part time lecturer, University of London External LLB Programme at Zenith College from 2006 to 2009. He holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Ghana and participated in the 7th Commonwealth Moot Camp Competition in Melbourne, Australian in 2003.

Eddie MacCarthy is the second panel member. He holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Faculty of Law, an LLB in Oil and Gas Law and a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law faculty, University of Ghana.

Eddie MacCarthy has a knack for Intellectual Property Law, Banking Law and Practice as well as Drafting legal documents. He is a creative thinker who likes to explore alternative dispute resolution methods to problem solving and has an open mind about what will work best.
