The District Chief Executive for Juaboso constituency in the Western Region, Hon Kingsley Asoa-Apimah, has predicted that the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) will win 80% of votes in the upcoming November parliamentary and presidential elections in the constituency.
The percentage score for the year 2016, he noted, in an interview with the DAILY HERITAGE will be achieved with the convincing projects executed by the Assembly and President John Dramani Mahama in the constituency.
The projects include a completed three-unit classroom block at Asempaneye, a completed six-unit classroom block at Eteso, a completed four-unit teachers quarters at Benchema, a completed six-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Boizan and a completed six-unit classroom block at Bonsu Nkwanta .
The rest are a completed Community Hall at Bonsu Nkwanta, a completed aqua privy at Eteso, a completed teachers quarters at Kwankrom and a completed six-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Kwankrom among others.
According to the DCE, the district, under the administration of President Mahama, is more developed than in previous years because of the good number of existing projects.
Several projects, he noted, will be executed this year including the construction of a three-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at a community called Mafia, construction of a three-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Seniagyakrom, construction of a six-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Nkatieso, the reactivation and completion of a six-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at Benchema,, reactivation and completion of a community centre at Juaboso and the reactivation and completion of Town Park at Juaboso.
According to the DCE, the completion of the above projects will prove to the people of Juaboso and for that matter Ghana that the NDC is in to better the lives of the people, adding that victory is sure, come the November 2016 general election.
Hon Asoa-Apimah advised party executives to work hard and exercise all the needed humility in their dealings with residents within and outside the area so as to attract more supporters to the party.
