As part of the “Akwantu Kese3” Festival in the Suma Ahenkro in the Jaman North District, popular Gospel artist, Grace Ashy was enstooled the “Nkorsour Hemaa” on Friday 19th March 2016.
The popular artist who recently graduated from the Pentecost University was also given a stool name “ Nana Yaa Adepa”as part of the occasion.
The festival was also witnessed by the General Secretory of the ruling National Democratic Congress Asiedu Nketia who represented the president of Ghana, Former president John Agyekum Kuffour & presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo
Added Notes: Speaking to the Journalists after her new title, Grace Ashy was quick to thank the chief and elders of Suma Ahenkro in the Jaman North District and also promised to do her best to push developmental projects to the town.
