Use Unfortunate Death Of Jake To Close Ranks...: APC Urges NPP Leadership

In solidarity message to console with the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) over the demise of the former National Chairman of the party, Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey, All People’s Party (APC) has urged the leadership of NPP to call for unity in the party.

In a statement copied to Peacefmonline.com, the General Secretary of the APC, Razak Kojo Opoku has issued a condolence message to share the sad news with the largest opposition NPP over the demise of their immediate past National Chairman of the party.

He emphasized in the statement that the leadership of the NPP should use the unfortunate death of Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey to close their ranks and strongly unite ahead of the November 7, 2016 polls.

Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey was however described by the APC as a dedicated NPP founding member who sought after the progress and victory of the NPP; thus he has equally contributed significantly to the nation building.

“We would like to respectfully urge the leadership of the New Patriotic Party to use the unfortunate death of Hon. Jake Otanka Obetsebi Lamptey to close their ranks and strongly unite ahead of the 7th November 2016 general election...APC family extends our deepest condolence to the bereaved family and the New Patriotic Party” APC stated.

The General Secretary of the party Razak Kojo Opoku who described his party as social democratic precisely liberal socialism said Ghana can be positively developed and advanced through the adoption and implementation of All Inclusive Governance Concept created by Dr. Hassan Ayariga (APC Founder/Leader).

“Efficient, Effective and Sustainable Development require the full participation of everyone. Everyone deserves the chance, the platform and opportunity to serve our motherland, Ghana”.
