Politicians Pay Tribute To The Late Abetifi MP

Politicians in the country have paid tribute to the deceased Member of Parliament for Abetifi in the Eastern Region, Peter Wiafe Peprah.

Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', James Kwabena Bomfeh of the Convention People's Party (CPP) touted the late MP as an astute character in Ghana.

He expressed worry over the demise of the Abetifi MP, ascribing the cause of death to heart attack and added that it is unfortunate for the Legislative House to lose him.

He further expressed condolences with the family of the deceased.

Also addressing the issue were NDC Communicator Bernard Anim Piesie and a Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mike Oquaye Jnr.

They both commiserated with the deceased family.

Mike Oquaye Jnr. recounted the instrumental roles played by the late MP and further stated his death as a great loss to the New Patriotic Party and the entire nation.
