Three officiating officials, who took charge of a division one game between King Solomon FC and Great Olympics at the Kwahu Praso Park on Sunday were subjected to severe beatings.

The centre referee suffered head injuries and facial cuts. He had his kits all soaked in blood and was admitted at the Catholic Hospital at Nkawkaw. It is not clear why and how the referees were attacked.
