President Mahama has officially unveiled the first phase of the affordable housing project at Saglemi, near Prampram in the Greater Accra Region.
The phase, which completed in March, is a major fraction of the 5,000-unit being built.
The Saglemi project is being undertaken by Construtora OAS Ghana Limited, a Brazilian construction firm, and funded by Emerging Markets Fixed Income Division of the Credit Suisse, London.It costs some 200 million dollars.
