With the official theme of the NDC 2016 campaign being, "Changing lives, transforming Ghana," Maame Efua will outline her vision, personal contributions and government’s achievements to the thousands of electorates in Trobu on the day.

It is her aim to create a self-sufficient constituency through the utilization of every necessary resource in creating jobs to provide income for the many households, Maame Efua in an interview hinted.

Already, Maame Efua Sackyi-Aidoo has flooded the constituency with many projects and social interventions which has directly benefited residents of Trobu, the paper gathered.

Also, ten (10) fully completed boreholes have been shared among five communities: Afeaman alone had five (5) boreholes, Stadium had two (2) whilst Aborkorpe,Teacher Korpe, and ‘Anyway’, all suburbs of Trobu had one each, whilst five others at Asofa were still under construction .

Under her social interventions, Maame  Efua, the paper was told, has paid fees for about 40 school children, whilst the ‘Maame Efua’s’ Widow Fund has also improved the lives of over 150 widows in the constituency.

Under Maame Efua’s benevolence, a number of motorbikes have been donated to the Asofan and the Amasaman Police to help expedite actions on crime combat, whilst money has been pumped into the completion of a Police Post at Tantra, a suburb of the Constituency.

Apart from her personal contributions to the lives of a number of marginalized residents, many are those she has assisted to acquire loans from the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC).
