VIDEO: "All Die Be Die" Mantra Twisted For Political Gains - Nana Addo

New Patriotic Party Presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has urged political leaders in the country to refrain from making tribal statements.

On Friday, December 2, Nana Addo was in the studios of Peace FM.

In an exclusive interview with host Kwami Sefa Kayi on Kokrokoo, Nana Addo dismissed claims of being divisive and making some seditious statements while addressing party members.

The NPP Flagbearer indicated that his "All die be die" mantra was twisted for political gains by his opponents.

"It was the exact opposite of a tribal statement", he stated.

He advised against the use of tribal language in Ghana's politics, saying "such language won’t help. When you’re about to deliver a speech or address a gathering, just say what you want to do for Ghanaians for Ghana to progress. That’s why I plead with you, If you assess what I’m saying and it makes sense, if you look at what I’m saying and there’s wisdom in it; vote for me and I will also honour my promise when elected.”
