USAG Urges Students To Go Out To Vote

The University Students Association of Ghana (USAG) has urged all students to go out to vote in next week’s presidential and parliamentary polls.

A press release signed by its President, Mr. Henry NkosuoBoakye, said it was important to recognize that the election was about their own future and that of the unborn generation.

“We must all remember that this election offers us the opportunity to carry our destinies in our own hands and the destiny of the generation yet unborn and in light of this the decision we make at the ballot must be a reflection of the future we all pray and yearn to see.”

It asked that the students made the right decision at the ballot, adding that, they also got right with the law.

USAG called on the Electoral Commission, the security agencies and allkey stakeholders to play it fair to make the outcome of the election credible.
