Ex-Prez Mahama Gives Prez Akufo Addo A New Name

Ex President John Dramani Mahama has slammed the Akufo-Addo led government accusing it of discriminating against non members of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) for job opportunities in the country.

According to the former President, it is very worrying that non NPP members are not getting jobs in spite of assurances from President Akufo-Addo and his appointees.

Addressing members of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) after a Unity Walk in the Brong Ahafo Region Saturday, Mr Mahama urged Ghanaians to speak out against what he describes as discrimination in the creation of jobs.

“We all need to unite as one people because no single party can develop this country. When our father, the late President Attah Mills came to power he was called the father for all because he never discriminated in everything he did because Ghana belongs to all of us irrespective of the political party one supports.

“When Mills was in power, NDC members had jobs to do, same with CPP members but when Osofo, (Pastor) [referring to President Akufo Addo], assumed power, they’re saying that if you’re not NPP member then forget it, you’ll have no job to do,” ex President Mahama said.
