Ghana today Tuesday, March 6, 2017, turns 61 years since it attained independence on from British after over 100 years of colonial rule.

To mark this day, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams the General Overseer of Christian Action Faith Ministries (CAFM) took to his Instagram page and said: "I declare that I am a true Ghanaian. I rededicate myself to living a life free of any behaviors that does not honor God. I refuse to live a life of mediocrity. I step out in faith, work hard, follow after righteousness and declare that I will make a difference in transforming my beautiful nation in the name of Jesus".

Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer of entertainment conglomerate, Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah in a message dubbed Ghana Shall Prosper also made the following remarks (captured in the images below):
