Osei Kwame 'Despite', Ernest Ofori Sarpong, Others To Be Honoured At GH CAPTAIN’S Award

Organizers of the Ghana Job Bank initiative which will be officially launched on Thursday, May 3, at Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) have announced that some distinguish Ghanaian personalities will be honoured for their respective contributions to the country’s socio-economic development.

Dr Osei Kwame Despite [CEO, Despite Group of Companies], Mr. Edward Effah [CEO, Fidelity Bank], Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong [CEO, Special Ice], Dr Theresa Oppong-Beeko [CEO, Manet Housing] and Joseph Siaw Agyapong [CEO, Jospong Group], among others will be honoured with the GH CAPTAIN’S Award.

According to Mr. Richard Adjei Mensah Ofori-Atta, founder of Ghana Job Bank, the awards is in collaboration with UAE-Africa Mentoring Development Consortium, USA.

Other individuals slated for other awards are Mr. Kwame Addo Kufuor, Mr Ibrahim Mahama [CEO, Engineers & Planners], Dr. Kwaku Frimpong [CEO, Champion Divine Clinic], Hon. Kennedy Agyapong [CEO, Kencity Media], Dr Amin Bonsu [CEO, Amen Scientific Herbal Clinic] and Mr Boris Baidoo [CEO, Boris Group of Companies]

Mr. Richard Adjei Mensah Ofori-Atta explained that the awardees are renowned indigenous business tycoons and were proposed for the awards by former President John Agyekum Kufour who is the live patron of Ghana Job Bank and a key member of the awards selection committee.

He told Peacefmonline.com that their aim is to celebrate their immense contributions to nation developments in diverse ways.

Ms. Ana Manduley Atarodian, Co-founder and Head of Strategies, UAE-Africa Mentoring Development Consortium-USA, and Mr. Tejveer Singh, Co-founder, Vayuz Technologies, India, Ms. Tasneem Lakdawalla, an Indian national who is the Head of Finance, Protiviti, Middle East (UAE) and Ms. Robinne Burrell, Head of Redflight Innovations, United States of America have all arrived in Ghana as Special Guests of Honour for the inauguration and awards nigh.
