Duncan Amoah Fined In Case With BOST Boss

The Executive Director of the Chamber of Petroleum Consumers (COPEC), Duncan Amoah, was over the week slapped with a GH¢700 fine by an Accra Labour Court in his case with the Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST).

Mr Amoah received the sanction after failing to file relevant documents since the last hearing.

Presiding Judge, Gifty Dekyem, was worried about the failure of Mr Amoah to file the documents as the case delays by such action.

She, therefore, set Monday, June 25, as the next date to hear the case.

The two are in court over claims by Mr Amoah that the BOST MD, Alfred Obeng Boateng, had plotted to have him“killed in 3 days”.
