Kumasi Asante Kotoko beat Storm Academy on penalties to reach the round of 32 setting up a tie with regional rivals Asokwa Deportivo.

Meanwhile, two times champions and Premier League leaders Medeama will engage Winneba FC as Dreams FC set up an all premier league encounter with Liberty Professionals.
