Peace Fm's Kofi Kum-Bilson Endorses Nana B

Host of Peace FM's Mid Morning programme "Working Time", Kofi Kum Bilson, popularly known as the Royal Baby, has thrown his weight behind Henry Nana Boakye, aka Nana B, for the National Youth Organizer position of the New Patriotic Party.

The Ace Journalist who fully declared his unflinching support for Nana B believes he has what it takes to take over the mantle from his boss Sammy Awuku as they go to congress to elect next executives who will steer the affairs of the party for the next four (4) years.

Mr. Bilson, in a passing comment on his Monday morning programme, clearly stated "my favorite candidate in the NPP's National Youth Organizer race is Nana B," and even went ahead to play a song indicating that he’s really for him.

He also appealed to the NPP delegates to vote massively for him as the next National Youth Organizer to take over from Sammi Awuku.

Mr. Bilson on several occasions has expressed his support for Nana B with a personal conviction that he will be the suitable candidate to lead the teeming youth of the party.

"He has what it takes to turn things around for the party," he added.

He is hopeful the party delegates would give him(Nana B) the nod to lead the youth in the party.

The NPP announced last year that it was going to hold its National Delegate Conference in Koforidua in the Eastern region from June, 15 to 17 2018.

A circular by the party Thursday, May 10, 2018 however stated that the Delegates Conference has been postponed to 7th July, due to the Eid-Adhal festivities.

This year’s congress will elect a new set of national officers who will run the affairs of the party for the next four years.

The congress is being held pursuant to Article 10(2) and (3) of the NPP constitution which mandates the National Annual Delegates to meet at least four weeks after last Regional Annual Delegate Conference.
