Cameroon Slump To 1-0 Defeat By Gabon

Cameroon slumped to a surprising 1-0 defeat by neighbours Gabon in their opening African Nations Cup Group D game on Wednesday. Striker Daniel Cousin netted the Panthers� winner in the 17th minute when he coolly slotted home after being perfectly set up by Roguy Meye. No team qualified for this year�s World Cup finals have won a game at the Nations Cup so far with Cameroon, Algeria and Nigeria losing their opening matches and Ivory Coast being held to a draw. Cameroon will play Zambia and Gabon take on Tunisia in their next games on Sunday.
