Allotey Jacobs has expressed condolences to the family of the late Dr. Kwabena Agyei and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) over their loss.

Allotey Jacobs touted the late NDC former National Chairman, Kwabena Agyei as one of the best that the party has ever had at the leadership level.

According to him, the former National Chairman was a man with a big heart who didn't tolerate divisions within the party.

Kwabena Agyei passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital in Accra, at age 76.

Speaking to host Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' programme, Allotey Jacobs believed the party will forever miss their Chairman saying "he is one of the best persons you can have in the NDC . . . He is a great man because he doesn’t entertain unnecessary things. [Kwami] If you report someone to him, he will tell you to go and do your work. He will tell you to leave the issue. He won’t tolerate unnecessary issues at all. For some of us, we will remember him a lot, very jovial”.
