R. Kelly Asks Judge For Permission To Play Dubai Concerts
R&B star R. Kelly has asked a US court to let him travel to Dubai to perform concerts next month.
According to a motion filed in Cook County Circuit Court, Mr. Kelly also plans to meet members of the United Arab Emirates' royal family.
