One-year-old Francis Mawusi Ahiagbenu who was kidnapped by a lady at Takoradi is now safe in the hands of his parents.
Francis was found in the hands of Mawusi Rose 42 (the baby thief) and her boyfriend, Lawson Lartey at Effiakuma Number 1 in Takoradi, following a tip-off.
The two have been arrested and taken into custody for investigations to begin.
Meanwhile, the police have charged the suspects with child stealing and conspiracy to commit crime.
