Lone Brexit Protester Shuts Down Eurostar By Climbing On The Roof of St Pancras

Eurostar suspended all services to and from St Pancras this morning because a pro-Brexit protester waving a St George flag climbed onto the roof of a terminal and remained there for 12 hours.

Eurostar said that they had suspended all services due to 'a person on the tracks', having already cancelled services last night because of the the lone-protester.

A 44-year-old man has now been arrested for obstruction of the railway line as pictures show him being led off around 7 am by police right beside the tracks which had the power cut. As of 11am, trains were running again, although there was still a backlog of thousands of passengers.
