NDC's 'Kum Yen Preko' Demo "Mere Joke"!

The National Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Bokaye aka Nana B has ridiculed the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) "Kum Yen Preko" demonstration against government describing it as a joke.

The "Kum Yen Preko" protest which was held on Tuesday, 9th July, 2019, according to the Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ) was against what they described as hardship, insecurity, and oppression being experienced under the current Akufo-Addo administration.

But Nana B commenting on a panel discussion of Peace FM’s Morning Show "Kokrokoo" said there is absolutely no basis for the "Kum Yen Preko" demonstration.

He ridiculed the organizers of the demonstration saying over 90 percent of the protesters were made up of opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) and so could not fathom why the name "Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ)".

"Under good initiative of this government, boreholes are being constructed in every constituency, modernized market and toilet facility built, ambulances for every constituency to improve Ghana’s dire emergency response service, unemployed graduate received job through the flagship NABCo programme  and many more initiatives been initiated and executed by this government…So, what is there to demonstrate?

"...now everything is clear that indeed and I repeat, NDC’s demonstration was nothing but a joke," he bemocked.
