The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) are gripped with fear because they know they've lost the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat according to Communication Member of the NDC, Brogya Genfi.

According to him, "that seat has fallen for the NDC because of our new candidate; John Dumelo. I have been to some places in Africa and a lot of people are hailing him and urging him on…he will bring the constituency to a level which will even attract a lot of investment; all in all, I am very confident that all these are signals of NDC majority in parliament"
