Akufo-Addo And Bawumia Asked To Reassure Police Officers Over Recent Killings

A member of the Communication team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Mohammed Nasiru is wondering why President Akufo-Addo and his Vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia are silent over the increasing attacks on police officers on duty.

This was after reports claim five police officers have been killed in the line of duty in the past month; the recent shooting occurring in Kasoa.

According to Alhaji Nasiru, President Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia as the Commander in Chief of the armed forces and the Chairman of the Police Council respectively, there is the need for them to say something reassuring to the Police Service and Ghanaians as a whole.
