NPP Member of Parliament for Adentan Constituency, Yaw Buabeng Asamoah has interacted with leadership of GPRTU at School Junction as part of his tour in the area.

The drivers expressed profound gratitude to the MP and the government for the project.

They however tabled their concerns to the MP citing that their major worry is the lack of station for them due to the construction work. They explained that they have no parking space to do their work and appealed to the MP to come to their aid. Other concern was on the issue of Police harassment which they appealed to the MP to intervene on their behalf.

Isaac Kwame Ofori, the Welfare Chairman Of GPRTU commended Hon. Buabeng Asamoah for his good works and urged the MP to address their concerns.

"...it is true that somehow we have become a nuisance to the ongoing project in the area but we also need a little space in order to operate and serve our community well,” he said.

Hon. Buabeng Asamoah assured them of his support. He was in the company of some constituency executives during the tour.
