East Cleveland police shot and killed a suspect that they say was attempting to rape a woman, right in front of them. The entire incident was caught on camera by a passerby.

According to local reports, officers were called to the scene to investigate a "rape in progress" inside of a public housing project in East Cleveland. 

When police arrived, they located the alleged rapist, and police say he confronted them with a gun.
