The Municipal Chief Executive for Obuasi Honorable Elijah Adansi-Bonah on Monday, 3rd February, 2020 took delivery of a brand new Ambulance with registration number GV593-20.

The Ambulance is part of the 307 Ambulances commissioned by the President on Tuesday, 28th January, 2020 as part of the NPP Government's '1 Constituency 1 Ambulance' promise.

Receiving the Ambulance on behalf of the people of Obuasi Municipal, Honorable Elijah Adansi-Bonah who could not hide his joy was full of praise for the President.

He said "this is an indication that the President is a promise fulfilling President who has the interest of the people of Ghana at heart."

He said currently work is ongoing at the former Anglogold Ashanti Fire station ; the place earmarked to site the Ambulance. He has again promised to provide residential accommodation for personnel of the Service posted to the Municipality to provide emergency services.
