A 55-year-old man and resident of Domeabra-Obom has cut a part of his 11-year-old son's ear for stealing his money.

According to reports the 11-year-old boy was tempted to take his father's money because he is always sidelined by his father when he buys festive wears for his step siblings.

However, the alleged culprit is said to have three wives but the mother of the assaulted boy left the marriage for the other two due to the level of torture and wickedness shown her by the husband.

From reports she left her matrimonial home with her son but was asked by his husband to retrun with his son when the Ramadan fasting period started, leading to the misfortune.
