Newly Constructed 40-Seater Public Toilet Commissioned At Town Council Line, Lartebiokorshie

The Ablekuma Central Municipal Assembly led by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Mariama Karley Amui, on Friday, 5th June 2020 commissioned a forty- Seater Public Toilet for residents of Town Council Line in the Lartebiokorshie Electoral Area.

The purpose of the construction of the Public Toilet was to replace the old facility with a modern one to ease the inconvenience some residents in the community go through as a result of the increase in population.

The Hon. MCE in her address advised the management of the facility to take proper care and manage it as their own.
She said the facility was built as a result of the Assembly's joint collaboration with the Derich General Service Limited as Public-Private Partnership (PPP) on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT).

Moreover, Hon. Mariama Karley Amui promised the citizens in the Ablekuma Central Municipality to look forward to more of good projects in the Municipality. She took the opportunity to thank the Opinion Leaders in the community for opening their arms for the project into their community.

Hon. Muntari Abudu Wahab, the Assembly Man of Lartebiokorshie Electoral Area on behalf of the community was grateful to the Assembly and promised to oversee the good maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to prevent any outbreak of any sicknesses and diseases in the community.
