Kate Gyamfua Hails Women Who Contested In The Just Ended NPP Primaries

Madam Kate Gyamfua, National Women’s Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has hailed the women who contested in the just ended NPP parliamentary primaries for their confidence and show of partisanship.

She said the Women’s Wing was proud of the women who came out victorious, assuring that the Wing would support them in every way possible to ensure victory in the December 7, elections and beyond.

In a statement copied to GNA, Madam Gyamfua said “I appreciate all the gallant women who stood the test to contest on the ticket of the Party,” adding that it had paved the way for the next generation of women to study and learn from their example and feat.

Madam Gyamfua noted that all aspirants both men and women put in their best and worked hard for the seats, hailing those who emerged victorious and wished those who could not make it to the top, the best of luck next time.

She indicated that their zeal to contest and ensure that the best candidate won, showed their true party spirit and tenets of democracy, adding that they should continue to support the Party to ensure resounding victory, come December 7.
